She has a proven track record of achievement defining and executing strategies that deliver value creation and competitive advantage. In addition to her APC experience, Tribby held executive positions at Kaman Corporation and Gates Corporation. She graduated Cum Laude from National University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

In her most recent position as the CEO of APC Automotive Technologies, she navigated the company through a financial restructuring and a successful bankruptcy process that significantly reduced its balance sheet debt and facilitated new senior secured term loans to finance its go-forward operations and successful divesture of the business units to strategic buyers.
