Our proven process is effective at generating responses, identifying “off-the-radar” opportunities, and closing accretive acquisitions. Example relationships include advising 18 “add-on” acquisitions for a client before developing an exit strategy and acquiring over $4bn, and counting, of US market share for an international holding company.
