Since 1992, FRG has focused exclusively on delivering unparalleled, independent M&A advice and exceptional deal execution to clients in the middle-market. Combining decades of operational and deal experience with a forward-thinking mindset, we are experts in providing strategic solutions and generating shareholder wealth. The M&A team consists of senior-level executives with leadership backgrounds in life sciences, industrials, and consumer & retail sectors. Our advisors have collectively closed more than $9 billion in deal value and have been involved in more than 300 transactions.
