Tim has a long and wide experience in sell and buy side transaction, debt and equity financings, complex commercial transactions and business strategy and development. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Novaphos Inc., which has innovative technology for sustainable production of high-value phosphate products. He is also co-founder of the Agrifos Group, which has sponsored and led successful projects and ventures in the agriculture and fertilizer sectors over three decades, including Agrifos Fertilizer, Gulf Coast Ammonia and Zalar Agri. He was formerly an investment banker, specializing in venture capital investments and leveraged acquisitions. He holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
