Terry Dugan brings over 40 years of leadership in the HVAC and energy services industries, driving sustainability and operational excellence. A graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.S. Mechanical Engineering) and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business (MBA), Terry blends technical expertise with strategic vision.

Since joining Trane Technologies in 1984, he has held key leadership roles, including Vice President and North America Commercial Business Leader, managing a $7B+ P&L and 8,000+ associates. He also led Trane’s ductless strategy in Asia, culminating in the Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC U.S. joint venture, where he served as lead director until 2023.
