Sylvain is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of leadership in the Life Sciences sector, specializing in ultra-low temperature equipment, monitoring systems, and cold chain solutions. He began his career as an International Service Manager, gaining deep technical and operational expertise in laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment before serving as President & CEO of a startup focused on temperature monitoring and calibration services.

Renowned for his customer-centric approach and global business acumen, Sylvain has successfully built and led teams, launched new ventures, and driven growth across international markets.

A graduate of Algonquin College in Ottawa with a degree in refrigeration, Sylvain enjoys mentoring his son, Jean-Luc, and spending time fishing, traveling, and renovating with his wife, Ann, at their home on Hilton Head Island.
