Steve Maddox, CEO, brings extensive global experience in customer/client facing roles across multiple industries. Before moving into investment banking, Steve spent 20 years at Saint-Gobain, a $40B+ multinational conglomerate. His career spanned roles in general management, M&A, and strategy. He led several global material science-based business manufacturing technical products for Life Sciences and Petrochemical sectors. Prior to this, Steve was in management consulting, specializing in board-level strategy and M&A globally. He currently serves as a strategic advisor and board member for small businesses innovating in biopharm and MedTech equipment.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is licensed through FINRA and certified in Series 63, 82, and 79.

Steve loves history, philosophy, and travel. He and his wife Julie have three children and two grandchildren.
