Steve Maddox, CEO, brings extensive global experience in customer/client facing roles across multiple industries. Before moving into investment banking, Steve spent 20 years at Saint-Gobain, a $40B+ multinational conglomerate. His career spanned roles in general management, M&A, and strategy. He led several global material science-based business manufacturing technical products for Life Sciences and Petrochemical sectors. Prior to this, Steve was in management consulting, specializing in board-level strategy and M&A globally. He currently serves as a strategic advisor and board member for small businesses innovating in biopharm and MedTech equipment.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He holds the Series 63, 82, and 79 FINRA registrations as a registered representative of StillPoint Capital, LLC.

Steve loves history, philosophy, and travel. He and his wife Julie have three children and two grandchildren.
