Lori has been designing and leading commercial teams in life science companies for over 20 years. Her corporate career began at Roche Diagnostics where she rose to be the Vice President of the Point of Care Division. Following her success with medical devices, Lori expanded into biotech and biopharma, becoming the General Manager of Beckman Coulter’s Life Science Division followed by the Group Vice President for Sales at Covance. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy and Partner at Helmer Scientific. There, she built new commercial capabilities and transformed the small, private company into a global market leader. Lori graduated from Purdue University with Highest Distinction Honors, earning a BS in Biology. She also completed a years long Executive Leadership program at the London School of Business.

Lori is passionate about mentoring others, and has had the privilege of guiding many executives through various stages of their careers. She finds it very rewarding to know that many of these leaders have gone on to achieve significant professional milestones. Lori has also mentored individuals on the autism spectrum who are seeking meaningful employment. Seeing these individuals overcome obstacles and reach their potential has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of her mentoring journey.
