Kurt Andersen brings over 40 years of transactional and operational experience across industries including real estate, building products, industrial distribution, healthcare services, and life sciences. His background spans strategic planning at a major bank holding company, real estate syndication, construction management, healthcare practice consulting, and serving as president of both public and private dental practice management companies. He currently holds FINRA Series 62, 63, 79, and 82 registrations, and has also held real estate broker and general contractor licenses.

Kurt has completed more than 90 buy- and sell-side transactions—many in healthcare and construction—helping business owners achieve growth and liquidity goals. A two-time graduate of the University of Michigan, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Ancient History and Computer Science.

Outside of work, Kurt is an avid nature and wildlife photographer, amateur woodworker, and long-time ski instructor who enjoys creating, building, and exploring new places.
