Kerry Dustin founded Falls River Group in 1992 and brings over 40 years of experience in buying and selling businesses, acquisition financing, and valuing closely held companies across the U.S., Europe, Mexico, and South America. He has deep expertise in post-merger integration and previously served as Managing Partner of the Ohio offices of an international consulting and accounting firm.

Kerry holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law, a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and is a CPA. He has served as Chairman, President, and Board Member of IMAP and multiple private companies, and currently serves as Commissioner of the Naples Airport Authority.

Beyond business, Kerry is passionate about philanthropy and community service, actively supporting initiatives that make a positive local impact.
