An accomplished executive, with over 30 years of pharmaceutical and business development experience, Jim has worked globally with scientists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. He works with companies large and small, across cultures, to craft business deals and marketing strategies that deliver value.

Prior to founding ProBioPharm, Jim Self was the Global Leader of Business Development for Merck’s Vaccine Division. He spent over 15 years in various Merck business development groups completing business transactions around the world.

Jim earned an MBA from Wharton Business School and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from NC State University.
