Jack has decades of expertise in international business as a senior executive with a specialty in the Oil & Gas sector. Prior to joining FRG, Jack spent twenty-seven years at Saint-Gobain, a $40 billion French multi-national where he held multiple roles including General Manager, Sales Manager, Engineering Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing

Jack was responsible for expanding the business globally, developing a commercial team to support future growth, led the process engineering team for broad range ceramic processes and the selling of fiber, specialty and flat glasses. Along the way, Jack became an industry and/or product specialist in proppants, oil and gas refractories, and glass. Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from The Ohio State University.
