Erik has 29 years of experience in material science based B2B business. He started his carrier with Saint-Gobain as a researcher based in France before taking on different roles including manufacturing, marketing, strategy and R&D director. Following those experiences Erik focused his carrier in leading businesses and was GM for NorProSaint-Gobain a global leader in ceramics based catalyst support, Vice President of AMT a division of AMETEK specialized in radiation monitoring systems and most recently Managing Director of Thermal Ceramics Morgan Americas ( NA + LATAM) a company specialized in high temperature ceramics based solutions.

Erik has a technical background with a PhD in Physics from the University of Grenoble-France.

Erik has enabled significant business growth driven by strategic investments and supported by a strong focus on manufacturing efficiencies as well as business process improvements. In his most recent role Erik also lead the turn around of a business from a negative EBITA to a positive double digit EBITA. Erik has a strong affinity for innovation and has successfully optimized alignment of innovation portfolio with business strategies.
