Erik Bindslev is a Managing Director with Falls River Group and has broad transactional experience in theindustrial and consumer & retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked on over 40 transactions.

Erik is responsible for executing transactions, including business valuation, marketing, financial analysis,strategic advisory, industry research, and due diligence. Prior to joining FRG, Erik was the financial analystfor Data2Logistics, a Platinum Equity Group Company, where he focused on M&A analysis, corporatereporting, and process improvements. He also worked as a financial analyst for HD Supply's FinancialPlanning and Analysis department.

Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, and earned his MBA withdual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Rollins College
