Drew Goodrich joins Falls River Group as an Associate, bringing experience in venture capital, investment banking, and corporate development. He previously managed a $150M Seed-to-Series B fund at BDev Ventures, co-founded Plucky VC, and led investments and M&A at REEF Technology. Drew also supported strategic initiatives and fundraising at SIMON Markets and advised on over $7B in transactions during his time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

He holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Accounting from UCLA, where he made the Dean’s List each quarter, and completed UCLA Anderson’s International Business Law & Taxation program in Paris. Drew holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79, and SIE licenses.

An avid ocean enthusiast and sponsored athlete, Drew enjoys fishing, scuba diving, surfing, and kiteboarding, and has visited 40+ countries—often combining travel with volunteer work.
