Benjamin brings extensive experience in Life Sciences and M&A. Prior to joining FRG, he spent nine years in progressive general management roles within Saint-Gobain’s Life Sciences division, leading global initiatives in product development, market channels, partnerships, industrial projects, and acquisitions to drive organic growth. He also held Strategy and M&A roles in Specialty Polymers and Technical Ceramics, overseeing sourcing, valuation, and deal execution in Life Sciences, Biopharma, and Environmental markets.

He holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Pasteur Institute, an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris, and is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure.

Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys soccer and life as a proud father of six—often found coaching, tutoring, cooking, or fixing toys.
