Robert has decades of expertise in creating, building and leading global technology-oriented businesses. Prior to joining FRG, Robert was the President & CEO of SiluriaTechnologies, a high-tech Silicon Valley startup focused on developing breakthrough technologies for the Oil & Gas Industry. Prior to Siluria, Robert spent thirty years with Royal Dutch Shell where he held numerous global roles in executive management, strategic planning and projects, commercial and business management, operations, and corporate governance. Specific roles in Shell included: President of Criterion Catalysts & Technologies, VP Strategic Projects – Chemicals, President of CRI Catalyst as well as numerous board of director roles.
Robert completed The Management MBA Program at Rice University and is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
