Dale Potter is a Strategic Advisor to Falls River Group with a focus on the Healthcare Industry. Dale brings more than 30 years of technology management, process optimization and innovation leadership through his several C-Suite roles in Strategy , Information Management and Technology Architecture. Dale is currently the Chief Technology Officer for Tractus Corp which has a specialized solution to enhance quality of Ultrasound breast cancer screening exams. Dale has held several senior executive positions with large, multinationals such as IBM – Watson Health, Rio Tinto Alcan Engineered Products, and Bombardier Transportation. From 2012 to 2022, Dale has been an Adjunct Professor of graduate studies at a leading Canadian University teaching a curriculum on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Dale has an MBA From University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Business, and a BSc, Physical Sciences from the University of Guelph in Canada He is licensed through FINRA and certified in SIE, Series 63, and 79.
Dale has successfully delivered a number of large scale, global, multiyear process and system change programs for multinational corporations throughout his career. Dale has taken pride in the support and development of many young executives to traverse the bridge from manager to leader through mentorship and organizational development. Dale is a respected leader in healthcare innovation and was a national and global pioneer in the adoption of mobility in healthcare processes.
