Falls River Group (“FRG”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Helmer Scientific Inc. ("HSI") by strategic investor Trane Technologies ("Trane") (NYSE:TT). FRG acted as the exclusive M&A Advisor to Helmer Scientific. The deal represents FRG’s continued emphasis and success in the cold technology and life sciences landscape. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Helmer Scientific’s more than 425 associates have joined the Trane Technologies team and the business will continue its operations in Noblesville, Indiana.
